THE EXPERIENCE

The most valuable asset any organization has it it's team of loyal employees who will get the job done every single day.  However, keeping them motivated, productive, and loyal to the organization is an ongoing task, a task know as TEAM BUILDING.

The Sumter County Dragon Boat Club has the knowledge and skills to use our sport, DRAGON BOATING, as THE EXPERIENCE, a thrilling, exciting, and challenging TEAM BUILDING experience.

For 3 1/2 hours, we'll take your employees down the exciting road of DRAGON BOATING.  They'll learn to paddle together as one strong unit while performing various TEAM BUILDING drills with the finale, our famous "CHICKEN RACE" and they finish the day with an Olympic style MEDAL's CEREMONY.

Your employees have never been through anything like this and they'll tell you they had the time of their life.

THE EXPERIENCE takes place entirely on beautiful Lake Eaton in Wildwood, Florida.
